I want to take a moment to thank @dreamsresorts for allowing me the opportunity to share the gift of yoga at their beautiful resort, spa, & golf club 🏖 And thank you to the amazing Yogis who joined class every morning, I’m beyond grateful for you 🙏🏼🥰

It is such an honor and privilege to be here. Sometimes when I reflect on the journey I can’t believe Im here. ☀️

The universe is always working for you if you believe ✨

If you would have told me in 2 years ago I would be doing this for a living, I would've told you that you are nuts!

Just a few years back, there was a girl who prayed to be healthy enough to even be able walk throughout the day, the girl who wished to be able to breath without pain, to wake up and feel healthy, to be able to do a yoga class (let alone teach one!) a girl who was unfortunately losing all hope.

The thought of traveling and fitness was the furtherest from her reach, let alone plausible. Yet, she dreamed, and prayed, wished, meditated, and believed in magic 🪄

.. And I know that girl is looking at me today and is so proud & happy for how far we’ve come. I’m sure she’s in disbelief (just as I am everyday -pinch me!) and the hope that was once lost has been restored. She learned that miracles are possible and anything can happen if you truly believe (and consistently put in the inner work no matter what!)

The journey is never easy and the inner work is never over. I’m still a work in progress and everyday is an opportunity to heal and become a better version of you. No one said it would be easy, just worth it 😉

And a big thank you to you for being on the journey with me. I am forever grateful for you, your love, & your support. You are truly the best WHolistic fam ever! ❤️🙏🏼
