This #mercuryinretrograde had literally come to knock me down and out of no where š¬ š¤ ā¦
I am in the process of healing from a concussion after an accidental head injury where the universe decided to test the strength of my crown chakra š¤·š»āāļø . Thankfully, itās just mild-mod injury and I am already mending very nicely ā¤ļøāš©¹ and I have come so far along already. It has been a journey, that is for sure... and very far from easy. A flashback on illnesses, pain, disability, and so much more.

Sometimes, people have the notion that because I believe and advocate for holistic healing including affirmations and science of mind thinking, then it must mean I must have nothing negative in my life.ā¦ and the truth has been quite to opposite. No one's life is perfect but I can definitely tell you that I have been through the ringer. In the words of Destiny's Child š¶ "I am a survivor. I will survive, keep on surviving."........ of chronic illness, disability, divorce, abuse, discrimination, racism, and I will continue to push through and survive
I advocate for affirmations and positive thinking because they work !!! it can truly work even in the heat of the darkest of times. Positive thinking doesnāt mean that everythingās OK and affirmations doesn't mean that the pain will go away overnight. These are tools that are powerful and can truly help you get out of the rut and make the roller coaster ride a journey as opposed to a permanent living space.
